Ceviche is a very popular and representative dish of Peru. but how many types of ceviche are there?

PERUVIAN FISH CEVICHE
It has mainly fresh raw fish, the fish is cut into small pieces, it also has onion and lemon that was tanned throughout the plate. Chopped fresh cilantro, sweet potato, chili peppers, and fried plantains are also added.




SHRIMP CEVICHE
It has sewn shrimp, lemons to give it an acid touch, chopped onion, chili pepper, finely chopped coriander are also added, as well as salt and pepper to taste.




SQUID CEVICHE
It has squid as the main ingredient cut into pieces suitable for consumption, there are also lemons, tomatoes, chopped onions. In addition to the chili, it has parsley and a brown color.



SEAFOOD CEVICHE
It has squid, fan shells, prawns, snails and octopus. It has chili peppers cut into slices, salt and pepper to taste and chopped onion; served with boiled and sliced sweet potato and corn, as well as fresh lettuce leaves.





                                 My eating habits



For breakfast, I usually have a glass of milk, bread, and fried or hard-boiled eggs. Also as a fruit or cereal.
For lunch as always the rice, rarely changes. I eat chicken with rice, I also eat noodles. There is also the fried fish or in soup.
For dinner I also have a glass of milk, sometimes there is also fried chicken or some fast food.
